Move Out Cleaning Specifications

Please use this checklist to verify the following have been done.

	Remove all trash and personal items from home and yard and broom clean garage. Broom outside of all cob webs.
	Clean all appliances thoroughly inside and out. Do not unplug or turn off the refrigerator. Clean stove burner pans or replace with new. Lift top of stove and clean. Clean hood fan.
	Clean sinks, cabinets, and drawers (inside and out). Wash all non carpet floors, remove stains and marks.
	Make sure all light bulbs work.
	Clean light fixtures and covers.
	Professionally clean all carpets.
	Wash walls carefully; pay special attention to areas around light switches, hallways, door knobs and doors. Wash all light switch plates. Wash woodwork (baseboards, molding and wood trims).
	Clean all interior windows and secure all screens and make needed repairs to screens and screen doors.
	Clean and disinfect the bathrooms thoroughly.
	If pets allowed, repair any damage you or your pets have caused.
	Mow, trim yard, weed all beds, and trim all shrubs.
	Make arrangements to have all trash picked up.
	Clean heat registers or grates.
	Clean out storage sheds or storage spaces.
	Clean fireplaces and wash glass windows.
	Replace furnace filters.
